With love Martha is named after the street where we raised our four children. It was a time when our lives were a harmonious blend of chaos and calm, laughter and tears, challenges and triumphs - a time when I began seeking moments of tranquility.  With love, Martha has been created out of a need to embrace the mundane, to slow down, and to be our authentic selves.

Before having children, I studied nutrition and discovered the health benefits of natural, whole ingredients. This inspired me to adopt a holistic lifestyle, prioritising both mental and physical well-being in my daily routine.
